Terms of Service

Welcome to Vetted Pros (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Vetted Pros mobile application and related services (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
To list as a professional, you must have a valid license, EIN, or certification as required by your profession and jurisdiction.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Professional Listings
Businesses must provide accurate information, including license, EIN, NPI, or certification details. Listings must include only truthful and non-misleading content. You may not impersonate other businesses or falsify credentials.
Vetted Pros reserves the right to verify submitted information and suspend or remove listings that fail verification.
4. User Content
Professionals may upload videos, images, text, and other content. By uploading, you grant Vetted Pros a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the App and related marketing. You retain ownership of your content.
You may not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, profane, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
5. Reviews
Google Reviews are integrated via API. Fake, misleading, or incentivized reviews are prohibited.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload malicious software, spam, or harmful content.
- Attempt to circumvent verification, security, or payment systems.
- Harass or abuse other users.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
The first 500 businesses per industry get free lifetime access with 3+ video uploads; after the 500 per industry are full, additional businesses may be required to subscribe at the listed rate (currently $29.95/month). Subscription fees are billed through Apple/Google in-app purchase or via integrated payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, design, trademarks, and software are owned by Vetted Pros. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without written consent.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may cancel your account at any time.
10. Disclaimers
Vetted Pros does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice. Professionals listed are independent providers; we do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant their services. Use of the App is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vetted Pros is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
